This Privacy and Cookies Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Website Policy) defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data, as well as the use of cookies and other technologies like Google Analytics in connection with Users’ use of the Website.

Processing is based on the Administrator’s legitimate legal interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data will be retained until the correspondence is concluded and for 2 years thereafter.
- The Administrator may entrust personal data to third parties helping to fulfill these purposes (e.g., hosting providers, email service providers, marketing agencies, legal and accounting offices, cloud software providers). Data may be transferred to third countries, especially the USA, in connection with the use of services storing data on servers located outside the EU.
- These service providers guarantee an adequate level of data protection through appropriate compliance mechanisms under the GDPR, including participation in the Privacy Shield framework or standard contractual clauses. Personal data is collected with due diligence and secured against unauthorized access.
